Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items back in their original mailer and secure the package to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local courier partner and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
